Cancellation by Participant: Cancellations made before 15 days or more prior the event will be eligible for a refund of 75% of the amount paid.

Event Postponement or Cancellation:In the event of summit postponement or cancellation, registered participants will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements or full refunds will be provided.

Use the subject line "Refund Request – AI and Cloud Summit" and ensure it matches the email used for registration. The refund amount will be processed and reflected in your bank account.
